Kauaʻi is the oldest and northernmost of the main Hawaiian islands, a place sculpted by time into a masterpiece of dramatic beauty. Known as the Garden Isle, its landscapes are overwhelmingly lush and green, with jagged emerald cliffs, cascading waterfalls, and a more tranquil, laid-back pace of life. This is the island for adventurers, hikers, and anyone seeking to be humbled by the sheer power and artistry of nature.

Nāpali Coast State Wilderness Park
The Nāpali Coast is one of the most spectacular and sacred coastlines on Earth. For 17 miles, majestic, fluted cliffs rise thousands of feet from the turquoise Pacific, creating a landscape of unmatched grandeur. Because it is inaccessible by car, experiencing its beauty requires a deliberate choice of adventure.
By Air (Helicopter Tour)
The only way to grasp the full, staggering scale of the Nāpali Coast and see the island's inaccessible interior, including famous Jurassic Park waterfalls.
By Sea (Boat Tour)
Feel the immense size of the cliffs from below. In summer months, boats can navigate close to shore, entering dramatic sea caves.
By Foot (Kalalau Trail)
One of the world's most famous hiking trails. Day hikers can trek the first 2 miles to Hanakāpīʻai Beach (advance reservations required).
Waimea Canyon State Park
Often called the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific," Waimea Canyon is a geological marvel. This massive gorge stretches 14 miles long, a mile wide, and over 3,600 feet deep, revealing vibrant layers of red, orange, and green volcanic rock and soil. The scenic Waimea Canyon Drive winds up the side of the canyon, offering progressively more stunning views.
